OAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK”) and Nuovo Pignone entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement at the 20th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum. The agreement covers the development of the Russian oil and gas industry including localizing state-of-the-art technological solutions in manufacturing and maintaining of energy equipment for NOVATEK’s LNG projects.
OAO Yamal LNG (“Yamal LNG”) reported the drawdown of the first tranche of financing in the amount of EUR 1 billion provided by Russian banks Sberbank and Gazprombank under a loan agreement signed in April 2016. The financing from the Russian banks is part of the project finance package totaling the equivalent of $18.4 billion, which also includes financing from the National Welfare Fund of Russia and a consortium of Chinese banks.

According to the Report, the shareholders requested buyback of 5,845 ordinary shares which represents 0.00019% of total outstanding shares of NOVATEK.
Gazpromneft-Aero renewed its long-term Fuel Supply Agreement with ENOC Marketing LLC, a division of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), for refuelling ENOC’s partner airlines at international airports in Russia. Within the signed two-year agreement, Gazpromneft-Aero supplies jet fuel for the regular flights of ENOC’s partner airlines. The total volume of fuelling will exceed five thousand tonnes per year.
Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh said Iran sees no restrictions to enhancing trade ties with Indonesia, saying Tehran is mulling export of half a million tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to Indonesia in the next Iranian calendar year which begins on March 21, 2017.
